Emilia is a pure Northern Thai, born and raised in Thailand. Cleanliness and being meticulous are some of the rules she lives by and these are the things that she brings with her when she executes the design, cut and sewing them into a piece of art. She studied children education during her college in Chiang Rai in 1970s and later enrolled at a tailoring school in Bangkok in early 1980. She started her first first tailoring profession under the tutelage of a Thai professional designer and eventually moved around Chiang Mai. She later settled down in Malaysia.
Her clientele consists of American expats and Malaysian professionals with whom she has been making tailored clothing for the past 30 years.
She has now been residing in Kuala Lumpur over 30 years with her husband and kids, making clothes more than just a fashion statement.
